How ClinPath started
The team behind ClinPath has spent over a decade inside clinical research — at CROs like IQVIA, at pharma companies like Novartis and Johnson & Johnson, in roles ranging from data management to regulatory affairs. Over those years, one thing kept coming up: freshers were struggling unnecessarily.
Not because they lacked ability. But because they lacked access. Access to a mentor who could review their CV the way a pharma recruiter would. Access to someone who could tell them honestly what a CDM interview actually looks like, what keywords IQVIA's ATS really filters for, what a 90-day plan should include for someone who just graduated with a B.Pharm.
Over the years, we mentored 100+ students personally — one conversation at a time. ClinPath is how we scale that. Not to replace the personal touch, but to make it available to thousands of freshers at once — free, at any hour, in the domain they're targeting.
